Sintered NdFeB Magnet

Sintered NdFeB magent has been commercially available since Novermber 1983. NdFeB magnets offer the higher energy product of any material today and are available in very wide range of shapes,  sizes  and  grade. 

Bonded NdFeB Magnet

Bonded NdFeB magnet represents one of the more important groups of magnetic materials available today. They can be tailored to suit a wide range of magnetic and physical strength, size, shape, and temperature characteristics.

SmCo Magnet

Samarium cobalt (SmCo) magnets, offer the designer a tremendous combination of extremely high magnetic properties, outstanding thermal stability and excellent corrosion resistance.

Hard Ferrite Magnet

Injection Magnet

Plastic magnet is different from the traditional magnetic craft which made by mixing the magnetic particle with plastic medium, mixed and heated by the injection machine and then rip the mixture into the mould to get different shapes of production, this kind of process makes the plastic magnet has some unique advantages: the precise magnet with complex shape can be made very easily; during the subsequent assembly and use the magnet is hard to crack; it can form in one piece with inlaid element easily.

AlNiCo Magnet Magnet

AlNiCo Magnets are fored by casting or powder metallurgical processes. Both of them have good corrosion resistance characteristic, no coating is needed for surface protection. AlNiCo remains the workhorse of the permanent magnet industry and can be relied upon to deliver impressive flux density at an economical price. AlNiCo also boasts the lowest temperature coefficient of any commercial magnet material(.02% per degree centigrade) allowing for excellent stability over a wide temperature range. The maximum working temperature can be higher than 400 degree for this magnets.
